We want you to be informed as to what information we collect, how we use it and what choices you have about it. This privacy policy describes how AVDV Ltd. (Clyx, Blast, Crush Drop) handles personal information on our app and website, as well as through social media and our marketing activities.
By using any of AVDV Ltd.'s products, you consent and agree to the following terms:

1. Information AVDV Ltd. Collects

  • 1.1. Information you provide to us
  • 1.1.1. Contact data: your name, email address, phone number
  • 1.1.2. Location: your location while using the app (optional)
  • 1.1.3. Social information: your contacts (optional)
  • 1.1.4. Profile data: any information you add to your profiles including your profile picture, username, password, biographical details, interests, preferences.
  • 1.1.5. Communications: that we exchange with you, including when you contact us through any of AVDV Ltd.'s platforms, social media or otherwise.
  • 1.1.6. Marketing data: such as your preferences for receiving our marketing communications and details about your engagement with them.
  • 1.1.7. User-generated content, such as profile pictures, photos, images, music, videos, comments, questions, messages, works of authorship, and other content or information that you generate, transmit, or otherwise make available on AVDV Ltd.s platforms, as well as associated metadata. Metadata includes information on how, when, where and by whom a piece of content was collected and how that content has been formatted or edited. Metadata also includes information that users can add or can have added to their content, such as keywords, geographical or location information, and other similar data.
  • 1.1.8. Other data not specifically listed here, which we will use as described in this privacy policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

1.2. Third-party sources

  • 1.2.1. We may combine personal information we receive from you with personal information we obtain from other sources, such as:
  • 1.2.1.1. Social media services that you use to log into, or otherwise link to, your accounts on AVDV Ltd. platforms. This data may include your username, profile picture, contacts, calendars, and other information associated with your account on that third-party service that is made available to us based on your account settings on that service.

1.3. Automatic Data Collection

  • 1.3.1. We, our service providers, and our business partners may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time with/on any of AVDV Ltd.'s products, our communications and other online services, such as:
  • 1.3.1.1. Device data, such as your computer's or mobile device's operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers (including identifiers used for advertising purposes), language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., Wi-Fi, LTE, 3G), and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.
  • 1.3.1.2. Online activity data, such as pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, the website you visited before browsing to one of our products, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times and duration of access, and whether you have opened our emails or clicked links within them.
  • 1.3.1.3. Location data based on your device and online activity data.

1.4. Cookies and similar technologies

  • 1.4.1. Some of the automatic collection described above is facilitated by the following technologies:
  • 1.4.1.1. 2. How we use your personal information

  • 2.1.1. To provide, operate and improve all of our platforms;
  • 2.1.2. To establish and maintain your user profile on any/all of AVDV Ltd.'s platforms;
  • 2.1.3. To facilitate your invitations to friends who you want to invite to join any/all of AVDV Ltd.'s platforms;
  • 2.1.4. To enable security features on all AVDV Ltd. platforms, such as by sending you security codes via email or SMS, and remembering devices from which you have previously logged in;
  • 2.1.5. To communicate with you about any/all of AVDV Ltd.'s platforms, including by sending announcements, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
  • 2.1.6. To understand your needs and interests, and personalize your experience with AVDV Ltd. and our communications; and
  • 2.1.7. To provide support for AVDV Ltd., and respond to your requests, questions and feedback.

2.2. Research and development

  • 2.2.1. We may use your personal information for research and development purposes, including to analyze and improve any/all of AVDV Ltd.'s platforms. As part of these activities, we may create aggregated, de-identified or other anonymous data from personal information we collect. We make personal information into anonymous data by removing information that makes the data personally identifiable to you.

2.3. Marketing and advertising

  • 2.3.1. AVDV Ltd., our service providers and our third-party advertising partners we use to provide our users our service may collect and use your personal information for marketing and advertising purposes

2.4. Compliance and protection

  • 2.4.1. To comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities;
  • 2.4.2. To protect our, your or others' rights, privacy, safety or property (including by making and defending legal claims);
  • 2.4.3. To audit our internal processes for compliance with legal and contractual requirements or our internal policies;
  • 2.4.4. To enforce the terms and conditions that govern AVDV Ltd.'s products and to prevent, identify, investigate and deter fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity, including cyberattacks and identity theft.

3. Retention of Information

  • 3.1. We generally retain personal information to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, to establish or defend legal claims, or for fraud prevention purposes. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we may consider factors such as the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process your personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

  • 6.2. Any modifications to this policy will be effective upon posting the modified version.
  • 6.3. In all cases, your use of any/all of AVDV Ltd.'s platforms after the effective date of any modified privacy policy indicates your acceptance of the modified privacy policy.
